I work in a relaxed and supportive way to provide bespoke person-centred psychotherapeutic counselling whilst walking with you in pleasing outdoor natural environments. Confidentiality is still maintained.
Many of my clients report that this form of Therapy feels more relaxed than office-based therapy. In addition walking is proven to be great for reducing anxiety, depression, stress, life-transition, loss, separation, or grief. It is meditative, gently exercising body and mind. It is becoming increasingly popular as an alternative to the therapy office.
There is a vast body of research which demonstrates that walking improves physical and mental health.

My ‘walk and talk’ one-hour sessions take place in town park, coastal and country park settings. As a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy I adhere to their ethical framework. Each session is risk assessed and where necessary a safety briefing is used to help you stay safe. I am also first aid qualified.
